ʚ TERMS OF SERVICE ɞ

1. ⊱ General ⊰

♥︎ I create custom Carrd websites for both personal use (ex: link-in-bio pages, character profiles, etc.) and commissioned work.
♥︎ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at my discretion.
♥︎ All commissions include a small designer credit (watermark), which must remain intact and visible on the final site.
♥︎ My current TAT is 4 days to 1-2 weeks.
♥︎ Trades and freebies are now closed.
♥︎ No inspo, respost, copying of my work. Tutorials of my work is not allowed unless they're MY own tutorials, also I strictly DO NOT ALLOW any selling of Carrds and my watermark must remain in every design.

2. Payment & refunds ৎ

♥︎ I accept PayPal/Ko-fi/Remitly (prio), other mops: robux and nitro.
♥︎ All prices are in EUR! If you're using a different currency, PayPal will automatically convert it during payment. Please make sure to send the exact EUR amount to avoid underpayment. Let me know if you need help converting it!
♥︎ Payment can happen upfront OR paid fully half-way only, to avoid any problems.
♥︎ If payment is NOT upfront, I will wait ONE FULL WEEK (starting from the day I started designing the first page of the Carrd) for payment. If not paid within the one week deadline, I will wait 2 more days and I can either delete the Carrd or sell it as a pre-made Carrd.
♥︎ You are welcome to share your budget upfront, but please understand I do not go below my listed base rates.
♥︎ Refunds are possible before the first page is approved.After that, all payments are final. If a refund is issued, you will not receive the site. No refunds are ALLOWED once I've finished your carrd.
♥︎ If payment is fully half-way, and the client decides to cancel the commission before that, please know that you have to pay the amount of work I've already done.

3. ⏖ Process ∘

♥︎ If you do not have a general idea of what exactly you want, I'll be happy to brainstorm with you. However, I cannot build a Carrd without direction, so please collaborate with me as much as possible!
♥︎ After the first page is confirmed, I will start with the next pages. Clients can request, during the process, for edits of the previous pages even if they've been confirmed.
♥︎ Avoid sending only moodboards, I would also appreciate image references, any characters you would like me to incorporate into the Carrd, descriptions, magazines, game ui, etc!

4. ❝ Technical & design info ❞

♥︎ I only design within Carrd’s Free, Pro Lite, or Pro Standard limitations.
♥︎ You’ll need your own Carrd account to receive and host your site. If requested, I can make the Carrd within the client's account.
♥︎ If you're using the Free Carrd plan, keep in mind the 50-element limit.
♥︎ After reading my Terms of Services, please specify: aesthetic and layout of the carrd.
♥︎ If you're not sure what layout you'd like, that’s totally okay! I can design one for you.
♥︎ If you already have your writing done, feel free to tell me! If you don’t have your text ready, that’s totally fine. I’ll use placeholder content until you’re ready to finalize it.

5. ˗ˏˋ Transfer & final edits ˎˊ˗

♥︎ Once your final preview is delivered, you may request any adjustments/requirements. After that, I can directly transfer the Carrd into your account, which requires your Carrd account email.
♥︎ If a client requests me to keep their Carrd in my account for Pro features, you will be given the "editor" role, which also requires your email.

♥︎ Once the Carrd is on your account, you’ll have full control and editing access. If you have any questions regarding the Carrd, feel free to ask me as my dms are always open.

Prices ranges from 5€ and up!, depending on complexity, structure/layout and extra fees. MOP: PayPal and Ko-fi, robux. If you have other payment methods, please tell me. _{Tips are also appreciated !}

・4 (depending on complexity)-4+ pages.
・Advanced layout with multiple content sections with heavy customization and stylized design. In this case, the client can request to be an editor until the completion of the Carrd.

-Rush order (2 to 3 days): €5 ⋮
-Rush order (the same day): €10 ⋮
